Add unit
The category decides which board section the unit appears in. New units go after the last unit of their category; reorder them below.
Units
Administrative is whether the unit is in use at this festival (set here). Operational is what it is doing on the dispatch board right now (set by dispatch and crews). Inactive units are off the board and crew phones cannot sign in to them.
Categories
Built-in categories keep their names. Custom ones can be renamed (their units follow) and deleted once no unit uses them.
