New festival

Creating a festival does not add anyone to it and starts no access grant.

Unique. Lowercase letters, digits and single dashes, e.g. summer-fest-2027.

Enter Festival

Platform Super Admins enter a festival with a time-limited access grant. The reason is recorded in the festival's audit log. No festival membership is created, and access ends by itself when the grant expires.

1 to 24 hours. Default 4.
Confirm with your account password to start a temporary, audited festival access grant.

Add Platform Super Admin

Choose an existing CADresQ account. No new account is created, and accounts that are already Platform Super Admins cannot be chosen.

Create User

2 to 32 letters or numbers (. _ - allowed), starting with a letter. Leave blank to use first initial + last name.
4 to 128 characters. Give it to the person directly; they can keep it.

Only approved account metadata and festival memberships are shown; passwords, sessions and festival operational data never are.

Save platform settings?

These preferences change how dates and times are shown on the Platform Dashboard for every Super Admin. Stored times, festival time zones, the dispatch board and the crew app are not changed. The change is recorded in the audit log.
